Our cost structure depends on volume , type of data to be destroyed and the service you require. We would be happy to make you an individual offer according to your personal requirements. Use our convenient inquiry form for this purpose.

Costs when collecting your data

The minimum value of an order including collection is €40 net.

Costs for self-delivery

In the case of self-delivery, we accept orders from €20 net.

Information on ShredBOX container placement

Permanent placement : If you would like to permanently place a ShredBOX data protection container, the container rental is €5/month (plus VAT).

One-time orders: For one-off orders, 14 days are rent-free. After that, the container rental is €10/month (plus VAT).

Prices for further disposal services

Prices for the disposal of X-ray images and films

  • Free collection of X-ray images / X-ray films in Mainz, Wiesbaden, Offenbach, Darmstadt and Frankfurt from 100 kg
  • Creation of a delivery note and a declaration of acceptance as proof of disposal for the medical association

Prices for e-waste disposal

  • Tube monitor: 25,- € / piece
  • TFT /LCD monitor up to 28″: €5 per piece
  • Small electronics: 0.55 € / kg

Prices for data carrier destruction

  • Hard drives: 6,- € / piece
  • Scan of the serial number 1,- € / piece
  • Optical data carriers: €3/kg (corresponds to e.g. 66 CDs)
  • Mobile phones / Tablet PC: 10,- € / piece incl. battery pack
  • Slide film & negative destruction (plastic & glass): 1,- € / kg
  • Preparation of a takeover declaration & destruction protocol
  • Collection in the secure ShredBOX data protection container
  • Subsequent thermal destruction of the particles
