1. Collection of the files to be destroyed

We come on site and independently carry all documents to be disposed of from your office and archive rooms into our special vehicles. These are equipped with GPS and have alarm systems so that the subsequent transport can take place under the highest security aspects.
Our transport boxes are lockable and are only opened again in our alarm-secured and opaque depot. The irrevocable disposal of your data by our staff always takes place on the same day of collection. Interim storage is not possible due to our security concept.
We keep a detailed log of all steps from collection to transport and disposal in our shredder plant so that we can provide you with appropriate proof of disposal in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation at the end.
2. Auto Delivery
We would be happy to recommend that private individuals and smaller companies who have few contaminated sites deliver data to be disposed of themselves. We cannot offer our pick-up service for less than 30 file folders, so please switch to the option of self-delivery. So that your file folders, data carriers or personal documents can also be destroyed on the same day of delivery, we ask you to make a specific appointment in advance.
Our security concept does not provide for any intermediate storage of data. Therefore, please fill out our registration form first. You will then receive your own customer number from us. Then contact us (online or by phone) so that we can make an appointment and send you a cost estimate right away.

3. On-site mobile document destruction
